colors and cozy furnishings. |

blender, toaster and even comes with a cappuccino / espresso
maker and bread baking machine! |

living room (which has a lighted wet bar and 'real'
fireplace) is appointed with items such as a cable TV,
VCR, DVD player, CD-AM/FM stereo, sectional sofa, recliner and lighted
trees. It also has a sleeper sofa. |

| Our
rental comfortably sleeps 4-6 people. The master has
a queen bed, private bath, walk-in closet, TV and warm
surroundings. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds,
closet, wall-mounted reading lamps and nightstand. |

weekend rates apply for each night. Weekend rates also apply
for (Martin Luther King Weekend) / Jan 15-17 and
(Presidents
Weekend) / Feb 19-21
There is a three night minimum rental during this time.
50%
deposit required at booking, balance due 15 days prior to
arrival. $25 booking fee applies to all reservations. $200
authorization on a credit card for security deposit
required at check-in. One night stays, if available, subject
to extra $25 booking fee. All prices and fees subject to 13%
state and local taxes
